Baltimore Police confirm the Department is investigating yet another report of an attack at the hands of juveniles in downtown Baltimore.
According to BPD, a CitiWatch camera captured the assault and robbery of a couple near the corner of West Baltimore St. and North Charles St. just before 3 a.m. on May 2.
