Hot Chocolate:

Water 3 cups
Brown sugar 1 cup
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Sticky Rice (Suman)
Glutinous rice 3 cups soaked in water for one hour.
Coconut milk 3 cups (2 cans)
Water 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Coconut oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla 2 tspn.
Salt 2 tspn.
Ginger sliced about 4 oz.
Banana leaves
Coconut oil - for brushing
