Ingredients:
For Chicken Marinade:-
Chicken Boneless Cubes - 1/2 kg
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Chicken Powder - 1 teaspoon
For Sauce:
Garlic (crushed) - 1 tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup - 3 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Red Chilli Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Vegetables:
Capsicum - as required
Onions - 1 teaspoon
Directions:-
For Chicken Marinade:-
In a bowl add chicken boneless cubes, salt, black pepper, chicken powder and mix until well combined.
For Sauce:-
In a bowl add garlic, tomato ketchup, oil, soy sauce, honey, red chilli flakes and mix well
For Making Chicken Skewers:
In a skewer add a chicken cube, capsicum, onion, chicken cube and repeat as shown in video.
For Frying:-
In a pan add oil and fry the skewers.
Add prepared sauce on it and turn the skewer,
Add again the sauce and fry until chicken is done.
