"aveoveoyu" is a friendly greeting in the Cou language like "hello" or "aloha." The Alishan area is home to the indigenous Cou tribe, and in 2018 fate brought Irene and Corbett to the tribal communities of Laiji and Deenyana at the foot of the sacred Cou mountain, Tashan.

This is where we began promoting Rebalance Renaissance, a new healthy life attitude from the inside out - a revival movement of body, mind, and spiritual awareness through an ongoing "rebalancing" of ourselves. Through our MOTUS lifestyle, we begin to appreciate the concept of 壹知動 (yī zhī dòng), living life with intention, purpose, and action.
