Spread Joy with Easy Vegan Butter - The Perfect Addition to Your Plant-Based Kitchen! #shorts RECIPE

In this video, I show you how to make vegan butter with simple ingredients, no lecithin needed.
I use soy milk, as it has a higher fat content and curds well. The curd will make the butter creamier and also gives a slightly tangy flavour.
You however need deodorized coconut oil, unless your butter will have a coconut flavour.

Try it out, it's quite surprising!
