This video is about the rotation in the golf swing. So many Golfers are struggling with the turn - why? First because they think the turn in a wrong way and and then they also do it too much. The issue of moving the head up and down, mostly is result of this as well. Thanks to the hula hoop tire, it's fantastic to visually demonstrate.
