PORK ADOBO is one of the most popular and favourite dish of most Filipinos.
It is composed of sliced pork cooked in garlic, onion, soy sauce and vinegar along with bay leaves, black pepper and most of it is with chillies.
INGREDIENTS:
Pork (I used 1.4 kg of pork shoulder)
5 tbspn soy sauce
1 tbspn dark soy sauce (optional)
4 tbspn vinegar
1 heart of garlic
1 med onion
5 bay leaves
1/2 tspn of coarse black pepper
3 red chillies
1/2 tspn crushed chillies
2 pork cubes
3 tbspn cooking oil
2 tbspn knorr seasoning
MSG (optional)
