In a video outlining new fitness standards for its revamped annual fitness test, now known as the Role Fitness Test Soldier, the British Army shows what you'll have to do to keep up with their "close combat personnel." Is it harder than the new American version?
The tests ensures that soldiers have the physical ability to safely and satisfactorily complete essential tasks in their specific role. The tests are objective, job-related, age and gender-free physical fitness standards.
