We only have 2 emotions which are feeling good or feeling bad. All other emotions fall within these two. Since one can not feel good and bad at the same time, the moment they shift their thoughts to what humors them, the bad stuff leaves. I guess people ask me all the time why I joke around in my videos and that is one of the main reasons.

It is hard to do this on your own but you will find it works great with family, children and friends.
