Farsi Puri
Take a Big Bowl and add
1+1/2 Cup - Suji
1+1/2 Cup - Maida
Salt to taste
1/3 Cup - Melted Ghee
1 tsp - Shahi Jeera
Mix Properly With Hand
1/2 Cup - Luke Warm Water
Make a Soft Dough
And Apply Ghee or Oil and Give Rest For 15-20 min , Knead Properly
Make a Small balls and Roll Small Puri , Prick Over Puri and Fry till light Golden
And Store In the Airtight Container
