1 – 3lb pork shoulder
8 Tbs (1 stick) – unsalted butter
Pork rub seasoning [ Ссылка ]
1 cup – Papa G’s BBQ sauce [ Ссылка ]
Coleslaw Recipe:
10 ounces Grated Cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons – vinegar
liquid sugar substitute equal to 3 tsp regular sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon - unsalted lemon pepper season
