In the first installment of the Shovelhead Build Project, I take a crack at installing a gas tank on my 1980 Shovelhead Chopper. Using a peanut tank, top hat bungs, leather washers and some more hardware from @lowbrowcustoms . I start the first steps toward customizing and building a garage built bike from the ground up by grinding, welding, and hoping for the best.
