1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Dash of hot sauce (more or less up to you!)
4 boxes of chicken broth
Boil smoked turkey neck bones in chicken broth and seasonings for 1 hour (until meat is fork tender) shred meat and add it back to broth. Clean and chop collards, add and cover and cook for 45 mins on low. Add hot sauce once done and serve!
