I got a call earlier this week inviting me to join my fabulous friend @ClaireLouiseLuxe for her Fendi appointment with our CA, Valentina, at Harrods (you can reach her on +44 7513 706664) and I didn't need asking twice! 🤩 As usual, Valentina spoilt us with champagne and gifts (Fendi truly has the BEST customer service!), but we tore ourselves away so we could also go to Hermès, LV, Loewe, and Gucci to see those Lido bags in person and see if one of them would come home with me...
