Before I did the Wim Hof Method I had a lot of problems with hay fever, months of sneezing... I tried everything, traditional medicines, homeopathic stuff... I was also allergic to apples, cherries, nuts, etc... and after I did the cold bathing and the breathing technics it was gone! 🧡✌ Incredible... how this boosted my immune system and got rid of this 'comfort-decease'.

So as a creative I really felt the urge to make music, for during the Wim Hof breathing method. I did.... and used it myself for a year now, and every time it still brings me 'high on my own supply' as Wim would say.
