Mix rapeceed oil with curry powder, fish stock, cream, salt and fresh ground pepper - boil the sauce until it sticks to the spoon. For a side dish; chopped cabbage, apples, raisins and rapeseed oil.

Fry the cod about 8 minutes on each side, then serve.
