Spring 2023 is here and so are the cherry blossoms at the University of Washington. Join me on a walking tour of this spectacular sight that attracts thousands of visitors every year. The UW campus has 29 cherry trees that were originally from Japan and planted in the Washington Park Arboretum. In 1962, they were moved to the Quad, where they form a large W from above. The trees usually reach their peak bloom in late March or early April, depending on the weather.
So grab your camera and let's go on a cherry blossom adventure at the UW!
