Workout Description:
Circuit Training is a great way to build strength and endurance as well as burn a high volume of calories. This circuit includes 4 different pieces of equipment for you to see a variety of movements and exercises although, the full circuit can be completed with just one of the pieces of equipment. You will be pushed to your own limits in order to maximise your gains from the workout. Each class is designed so that no matter what your level of fitness is, you can come and feel comfortable working out with our Focuz-Fit #Warriorz.
