For death by rabbits, you will need to locate rabbits in the wild within the Bramblewood or the Old New Henford area, and then start being mean to them. Eventually they will have had enough and they'll attack you. If you continue to be mean to them, then they'll attack again, with a high chance of killing your sim.

For death by chickens you'll want to purchase a chicken coop and from the chicken coop purchase a chicken. Then, similarly to the rabbits, be mean to your chickens and they will attack you. If you're continually mean to your chickens then they'll attack again with a decent chance of killing your sim.
