Sony just recently announced a new PS4 community driven event where players will work together by simply playing their games to unlock and earn free dynamic themes and avatars. There's even the chance for players to win free PlayStation 4 games and a real life platinum trophy with their PSN ID engraved onto it. Sony is calling this the PlayStation Player Celebration. all you have to do is sign up for free on their website to enter and participate. Maybe not the biggest PlayStation news, not the PS5 reveal event news, but still something pretty awesome for PS4 owners.
