In this video tutorial, learn how to edit pictures on iPhone in easy steps without a third party app. After using the camera of your smartphone to capture yourself or another thing (front and main camera), the picture may appear dark depending on the level of brightness of the environment. This usually happens to me when I take selfie 🤳 with my iPhone 11 Pro. Editing the photo using the photo app preinstalled on your device gets this issue fixed.

Tap the Photos app on your iPhone for it to open. After that, tap the picture you want to edit for it to open fully. On getting to this stage, tap Edit button which is positioned at the top-right. This allows you to make changes to the file with Auto selected first. You can drag through the line while observing the changes each move makes on the picture until you arrive at what you want. Some other effects you can apply to make the picture appear more realistic and beautiful are exposure, brilliance, highlights, shadows, contrast, brightness, black point, saturation, vibrance, warmth, tint, sharpness, definition, noise reduction, and vignette.
