On September 11th we had the opportunity to host for the first time at Blendhub’s Innovation and Co-creation Center in Murcia a high-level event in the European innovation ecosystem, the awards ceremony of the Affordable Nutrition Scale-up Challenge.
This competition of ideas was launched by EIT Food and Blendhub in April to find startups with innovative ingredients and formulas for a more sustainable food.
As of now, a scenario of collaboration and shared value creation opens up to bring the selected ideas to the market through Blendhub’s Food-as-a-Service strategy.
A very enriching initiative for all because in Blendhub we don’t believe in competition, we believe in collaboration.
