CV axle shaft vibrations can be horrible. This is my 1st gen Acura TSX commuter, the vibration under load came out of the blue this summer. It feels like the front end is wobbling side to side, there is no feedback in the steering wheel, it doesn't matter if you are braking, it's only felt when accelerating at very specific speeds. You can describe it as a vibration, shaking, wobble, shimmy. All good descriptions.
This is the exact same shimmy/vibration that Honda Accords of the same era and the 2nd generation CRV often develop. The only sure way to eliminate the problem at all speeds and loads is to install new Honda/Acura CV shafts. I got these jobber(aftermarket/non-OEM) shafts from rockauto, pretty happy with the changes. The good outweighs the bad here. Well, watch to the end to see what I’m talking about.
For fear of losing or running over my favourite DJI action cam, I used my old Gopro Hero 5 here. It's attached to an amazon LED light. Funny this LED light uses the same batteries the Older Hero 3 uses, the hero 3 is a really old, more compact action cam. It has it's uses, the Sena Audio Pack is designed to only work with the Hero 3 and Hero 4. So I have batteries and a charger for it.
