"Our Miss Gibbs" is a musical comedy with music by Ivan Caryll and Lionel Monckton that premiered at the Gaiety Theatre in London in January 1909. It had a very successful run of over 635 performances. In 1910, the show opened on Broadway.
The Black Diamonds Band was a studio band assembled to record popular and light orchestral music for The Gramophone Company. They recorded many sides for them from the earliest days of disc recording to the 1930's.
