Welcome to the pre-BIS and BIS guide for Cataclysm Tier 11. I've compiled the sets that I think will have the most value in tier 11 raiding; some people depending on their circumstances may stand to gain more from going more offensively with their gearing, but this should suit most people.

Keep in mind that the sets listed below DOES NOT include Throne of the Four Wind gear, but both cloak and ring will be BIS in both raid sets.
