Before proceeding with this Tutorial. You'll need to Install a CEX CFW (Recommended Version: Rebug 4.84.2 REX), because you won't have the Option to Convert between CEX/DEX on a LITE Version of Rebug CFW. Thanks for reading!

Rebug Toolbox (Package File; Install from "PS3 System Storage" via Package Manager)

"8071503D" Error for CFW:
This Error is caused by COBRA Mode being Disabled (COBRA Mode has to be Enabled in order to use webMAN/webMAN MOD) (Refers to CEX/DEX Users who have webMAN Enabled while COBRA Mode is Disabled)
- 8071503D appears when you're trying to go into webMAN Setup and can also be caused by "NP Environment" being set to "sp-int" (for DEX Users) instead of "np" (for CEX Users). This Issue can be Fixed by setting the "NP Environment" to "np" if you're trying to Play Online on DEX CFW.

"80023154/8002A224" Error for CFW:
These Errors are caused by an Invalid/Fake Console ID.
- 80023154 appears when you're trying to Create a New Account.
- 8002A224 appears when you're trying to Sign In.

★ Notes ★
➤ This was done on Rebug 4.70.1 D-REX.
➤ The EID Root Key can be used for accessing the Files/Content from your PS3's Internal HD via "PS3 HDD GUI" by AldosTools. Place the EID Root Key somewhere safe.
➤ The NOR/NAND Flash can be used to Recover a Hardware Bricked PS3 via "E3 Flasher". Place the NOR/NAND Flash somewhere safe. (A Software Bricked PS3 can be Fixed by Reinstalling CFW)
