2 cups lentils (you can reduce)
1 cup of yogurt
2 fingers less olive oil than 1 teaspoon
2 eggs
Parsley
3-4 slices of cottage cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt, pepper
Preparation: We soak the lentils in water for 1 night and let them soften. After softening, we pass the lentils through the robot. We put the lentils I passed through the robot in a separate bowl and add yogurt, olive oil, eggs and mix. Then we add the parsley and cottage cheese, which I cut into small pieces, and mix well. We put my dough in the oven dish on which I laid oily paper and bake it for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. And our bread is ready 😍
