Let's take the standard undulations (body wave, or camel) to the next level by adding traveling steps, level changes, a side tilt and, of course, arms! Have fun with this practice! 😀

PS: any phone sounds or other noises come from my hubby's phone (who does all the videography and editing) or my son walking around upstairs. 😄 Other sound effects may come from my cat meowing at the door and trying to get in. 😻 Everything is unscripted and impromptu!
