Russian President Vladimir Putin discusses the current military situation in Ukraine and the potential escalation of a regional security dilemma between Russia and NATO.
Reiterating points he raised a few days earlier as a meeting with domestic and foreign journalists, Putin stressed that Russia will not use nuclear weapons unless national sovereignty is at risk. Additionally, Putin dismissed any notions of additional calls for mobilization of Russian troops in Ukraine at the present moment.
