In this video we share our personal Lennox HVAC horror story. Essentially our HVAC which was only five years old failed due to bad coils which were supposedly covered under the warranty. We waited 85 days for the replacement part in the Florida hot summer heat and it never came. The inability of Lennox to provide us the part covered under warranty cost us over 8000 and 85 days of unnecessary waiting. In this video we go over our horror story and how it unfolded and provide three reasons why you shouldn't buy Lennox if you are considering purchasing a new HVAC system.
