How To Make Armenian Vospov Kofte (Red Lentil Kofte)


1 cup red lentils
3 cups cold water
1 cup bulgur
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sweet paprika

Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve as appetizer or with salad
