So defendant Donald Trump was required once again to travel form Florida to New York City. But this time it wasn't for his criminal case - the case in which NY District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump for 34 felonies. This trip was because NY Attorney General Leticia James compelled Trump to sit for a second deposition as the civil fraud trial against Trump, Ivanka, Don Jr. and Eric heads to trial in October. Recall last time he was required to testify at a deposition in his $250,000 civil fraud case, Trump pled the 5th 450 times.
