This is an oiling, pumping and posing classic feature from the Golden Years of Bodybuilding. Shot on film in the seventies, the video showcases 3 famous guys in the sport of bodybuilding - Grant, Jacobs and Dickinson. All segments include oiling, pumping, and posing with both full body posing and closeup sequences on arm posing.

Bill Grant - USA was a Pro Mr. America Winner, Mr. World winner including Most Muscular, as well as Mr. International. Bill also competed with distinction in many IFBB Pro Shows. Shot in London, September 1972.

Serge Jacobs – Belgium was a top European bodybuilder, physique model and master poser, and former Mr Belgium. He was IFBB Mr. Europe in 1974 and competed in many international IFBB events. He was also seen in the film Pumping Iron. Shot in Antwerp, Belgium in September 1972.

Harold Dickinson - UK was twice Mr. Europe and also highly placed in the NABBA Universe and NABBA Mr. Britain. Another master of posing, his physique is totally symmetrical in the classic style. Harold’s segment was filmed in London on the day after the 1976 NABBA Universe.
