Duck curry ingredients
2 ducks cleaned and cut into small pieces.

Step1
Ingredients for marination
1. 2 Onions
2. 2 Tomatoes
3. 5 Green chilies (adjust according to heat level)
4. 2 Stems of curry leaves
5. 1 Small piece of ginger
6. 4 Cloves of garlic
7. 4 Tablespoon plain yogurt
8. Salt to taste
Grind items 1 to 8.
9. 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
10. 0.5 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
Mix them all to the duck meat and marinate at least 30 minutes

Step 2
Ingredients for gravy
1. 3 onions sliced
2. 2 stems of curry leaves
3. 1 small pieces of ginger chopped
4. 10 cloves of garlic sliced
5. 5 tablespoons of coriander powder
6. 0.25 teaspoon mustard seeds
7. 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
8. Salt to taste
9. 3 tablespoon fennel seeds
10. 4 cloves
11. 5 cardamom
12. 3 tablespoon back pepper cones
13. 2 cinnamon sticks
14. Coconut milk 0.5 cups
15. Vegetable oil to cook
Grind items 9 to 13
