▶ Ingredients :
● 3 large Eggplants
● 5 Cloves Garlic
● 3 Stems Spring Onion
● 1 tbsp Chili Flakes
● 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
● 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
● 1 tbsp Sesame Seed

▶ Method :
1. Cut off the eggplant into 3 segments and cut each segments into half.
2. Steam the eggplants until soft, about 15 to 20 minutes. Keep it cool down.
3. In a mixing bowl, add the garlic, spring onion, chili flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil and stir to combine.
4. Once the eggplants are cold, tear the steamed eggplants into strips.
5. In a big mixing bowl, add the eggplants, pour the sauce and and toss to combine.
6. Sprinkle the sesame seed, Done!
