Fallout 4 is a game that introduces players to a colorful cast of characters and in the wasteland many of the people we will meet are especially uncanny fellows. Indeed, the Fallout universe is one that’s loaded with spooky and devious folks in every direction. That said, some of these individuals have especially interesting stories.
