How to speed up utorrent version 3.4.9. These are the fastest settings I have found to work for me.
If you are having trouble downloading torrents at a reasonable speed, this is the video for you. Please note if you are trying to download a torrent with no seeders or very low, there is not much help any video will be able to give you.
