As the curtain closes on our end of school year production, Esmeralda Suite & Spring Gala, we are filled with gratitude and we are very proud.

This production was a beautiful product of our program’s systematic approach to teaching the art and discipline of classical ballet. This art we created over a very short rehearsal process of one month wouldn’t have been possible without countless hours of technical training, which prepared the dancers for this technically challenging performance. Congratulations to all of our faculty and students in our nine (9) upper division levels; as well as, the boys program.

The performance encompassed classical repertoire and original choreography prepared by our faculty and guest choreographers , Inna Bayer @inna.bayerballet , Vasily Medvedev @medvedevballet , Stanislav Feco @stanik71 , Tatiana Ulitina, Yakunina Vasileva, Giana Jigarhan @ballet_with_madameg , and Arsen Serobian - Dance Channel TV @dancechanneltv .

Engaging with master teachers and choreographers, while working alongside professional dancers from Atlanta Ballet, Ballet Theatre of Sibiu, The State Ballet of Rhode Island, University of North Carolina School of the Arts and Milwaukee Ballet, our dancers gained an authentic perspective on professional training and production development.

We commissioned a lighting designer, rented additional lighting and backdrops, and purchased costumes from the Esmeralda productions of Staatsballett Berlin and Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava, a large investment for Bayer Ballet Company.

A production of this magnitude is only possible with support from all of our volunteers who filled the very important roles of behind-the-scenes production!
