Today I'll be showing you all how to make Instant Gits Gulab Jamun. Do try this at your home and share your views in the comments, Thank you! 😊
Ingredients :
1. 600gms Sugar
2. 650ml Water
3. ¼th tsp Cardamom Powder
4. Few strands of Saffron
5. Gits Gulab Jamun
6. Milk (Room temperature)
7. Ghee
Procedure :
In a pan, take Sugar, add water and mix it so that the sugar dissolves. Bring it to boil. Keep it on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes. Add cardamom powder and few strands of saffron. Switch off the flame and keep the syrup covered aside.
To make the dough, take out the contents of the packet in a bowl. Knead the dough with milk and mix it with light hand.
Grease your palms with ghee and make small balls by pressing tight. In the same way, prepare all the balls. Meanwhile, if you think the dough has become dry, splash little amount of milk and knead it with light hands.
In a kadhai, take ghee or oil for frying. Once the ghee is heated, keep the flame at the lowest and fry the balls in batches on low flame. Take them out in a separate plate. Transfer them in the hot syrup. Cover the vessel and keep it on low flame for 3 minutes. See the results after 2 hours!
Serve them hot or cold. You're going to fall in love with them. Enjoy the sweet, delicious, spongy and mouth watering Gulab Jamuns!
