However, as they are taking Piyush away, Roshini stops them and states that they cannot arrest her husband in this manner. When Rita chides Roshini, she speaks up in favor of Piyush and says that it is her house and her own problem. Roshini tells her mother that she does not have any say in what is happening with her at her house. Roshini tells the Inspector that Piyush has not committed any crime and Vaidehi is just his friend, nothing else. Roshini states that she is Piyush's husband and the Inspector is forced to leave him.
