Redfall - "Saw That Coming" missable achievement can be acquired during Joe Creelman's side mission "The abducter brother" and this one becomes available after accepting the "Giving You Tomorrow" main story mission.

Speak with Joe and then go to Creelman Residence marked on your map. Head towards the basement and open the door on your right. Now immediately back away from the door as it's the trap. The "Saw That Coming" achievement should pop if you survive.
