These incredibly soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies are perfect to have for breakfast, a snack, or dessert. The wonderful flavor combination of raisins, oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar are sure to make this a hit with friends and family!

1 1/2 cups rolled (flake) oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (43g)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/8 cup white sugar (25g)
