During his Saturday night concert at Boston’s TD Garden, Timberlake addressed the crowd and asked, “So uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving?”. Timberlake was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York on June 18. According to a police statement, the superstar musician was “observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel.”. A Sag Harbor police officer pulled Timberlake over and “determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition.” He was arraigned and released ahead of his next court date set for July 26. The pop star previously alluded to his legal troubles at his first concert since the arrest, at Chicago’s United Center on June 21. “We’ve been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights.
