Beef Pasanday

Ingredients:
• 550 grams of well pounded beef fillets or pasanday
• 1 tablespoon salt or to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1/2 teaspoon all spice powder
• 1 large sliced onion
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon crushed coriander
• 1 teaspoon chopped green chilies
Preparation:
• In a pan, heat oil and add sliced onion.
• Fry the onion until light brown.
• Now add beef fillets or pasanday and cook until it changes the color.
• Now add salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, crushed coriander, cumin seeds, all-spice powder, chopped green chilies and ginger garlic paste.
• Mix well and cover it.
• Cook on low heat until beef is tender. Add water if required.
• Now add yogurt and cook over medium-high heat until dry completely.
• At the end when oil is separated add more all spice powder and serve.
