Calum Chambers reveals his excitement about joining Arsenal after the club announced that they had signed the full-back from Southampton for an undisclosed fee.
Arsenal has signed defender Calum Chambers from Southampton for an undisclosed fee.
The London club said on Monday that the 19-year-old Chambers had signed a "long-term" contract at Arsenal.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said the way Chambers had adapted to the Premier League last season with Southampton at such a young age had shown that he has "tremendous quality."
"He has a lot of the attributes that we look for in a young player and I am sure that he will do well with us," Wenger said.
Chambers made his Premier League debut on the opening day of last season and went on to appear in 22 games.
"I am so happy to be signing for Arsenal. They are a team I have much admired for their playing style," the player said.
