Hello! Today, we are making "Lentil Soup", which is a popular and frequently made soup in Turkish cuisine. It is generally preferred in restaurants. It is usually drunk in the morning.
How to make😋
First, wash the lentils well and drain the water.
Then chop the onion, potato and carrot.
Combine them all in a saucepan and add water and oil to it.
Collect the foam that comes out after it starts to boil. Soup won't taste good if you don't collect it.
When it reaches the consistency in the video, take it from the stove and mix it with a blender.
Then put it back on the stove, add salt and let it boil.

Merhaba! Bugün Türk mutfağında sıkça yapılan ve sevilen bir çorba olan "Mercimek Çorbası" yapıyoruz. Genelde lokantalarda tercih edilir. Çoğu zaman sabah içilir.

Nasıl Yapılır😋
Öncelikle mercimekleri güzelce yıka ve suyunu süz.
Ardından soğan, patates ve havucu doğra.
Tencerede hepsini birleştirip üzerine su ve sıvıyağ ekle.
Kaynamaya başladıktan sonra çıkan köpüklerini topla. Eğer toplamazsan çorbanın tadı güzel olmaz.
Videodaki kıvama geldiğinde ocaktan al ve blenderla karıştır.
Ardından tekrar ocağa al ve tuz ekleyip kaynamaya bırak.
