Right after his qualifying run for the IZOD IndyCar World Championships, we caught up with Tomas Sheckter. His run was slower than he thought it would be. He ran at 219.816 MPH which will put him #23 in the grid.
Scheckter is not worried with the fast track which he claims is bumpy on the first two turns. He thinks it's going to be a very exciting race with a lot of side by side racing.
With a day off before Sunday's race, Scheckter is going to relax, go for a swim, and maybe do a little gambling.
