’Turn and shoot’ drill

This exercise is a combat type of drill which develops your aiming speed. You have just a very short time to pick a tiny dot from the target where you try to stick your knife to.

’The Erdyakov drill’

Alexander Erdyakov is an instinctive thrower from St. Petersburgh. He developed an exercise where you throw 5 different throws from 5 meters. What an awesome knife control drill! In the video you’ll see a hardened version of the drill where the sixth knife is added to the exercise.

’The no spin clock’

Sep Huber devevoped a drill called ’Fedin clock’ where you toss fedin-throws from every angle on 3 meters. Since I can’t do fedin, I just call this ’no spin clock’.

’The Seven-eleven’

Do you master 7 meter no spin? Then prove it and throw 11 sticks in row!

’3 no spin sticks in a row from 15 meters’

This is perhaps the toughest exercise of this video. I couldn’t have pulled it off with any other knives than arrows.
