When I first saw the Goombay Smash on Royal Caribbean’s Lime and Coconut Bar menu, I thought, “what a weird name for a drink!”. Who is Goombay, and what is being smashed? Well, turns out it doesn’t matter all that much because it’s the ingredients that steal the show! Made with Kraken Rum (my absolute favorite spiced rum), coconut rum, orange juice and pineapple juice, this tropical concoction had my name written all over it.
