Nombu kanji is a porridge made of raw rice and dal and seasoned with spices.It is made during Ramadan season to break the fast in the evening so we do not add too much spices to keep the stomach light. Here I prepared Nombu Kanji with Mutton. You can use chicken or can go for veg version of adding carrot and beans instead of meat.
